It also includes many essential secondary and minor nutrients that aid in plant development and bloom formation. It also contains 27% carbon, which makes it a great soil amendment to aid in soil structure, water retention, and feeding vital soil organisms.

• Vegetable Gardens: Before Planting: Apply 2.5 cups per 10 sq. ft. of garden space. At this rate, 6 lb bag will cover 75 sq. ft. and a 25 lb bag will cover approximately 312 sq. ft. Re-apply: 1.5 cups per 10 sq. ft. of garden space. At this rate, a 6 lb bag will cover 155 sq. ft. and a 25 lb bag will cover approximately 645 sq. ft.
• Flower Beds: Established Beds: Apply 1.5 cups per 10 sq. ft. in early spring. At this rate, a 6 lb bag will cover 155 sq. ft. and a 25 lb bag will cover approximately 645 sq. ft. New Beds: Apply 2.5 cups per 10 sq. ft. At this rate, a 6 lb bag will cover 75 sq ft. and a 25 lb bag will cover approximately 312 sq. ft. Re-apply: 1.5 cups per 10 sq. ft. in 6-8 weeks.
• Potted Plants: 4" Pots: 1.5 tbsp every 4-6 weeks, 6" Pots: 2-3 tbsp every 4-6 weeks, 10" Pots: 7 tbsp every 4-6 weeks, Larger Pots: 1/4 cup for every cubic foot of soil every 4-6 weeks
